Introduction

Welcome to Namester.ai (hereinafter referred to as "we," "Namester," or "Namester.ai"). The following Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for your access to and use of the Namester.ai website, services, and products. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

What Namester.ai Is

Namester.ai is a search and research tool for domain names listed on third-party marketplaces. We do not sell domains, run auctions, or take bids or domain-purchase payments: you bid on or buy a domain on the marketplace that lists it, under that marketplace's own terms. Namester.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by GoDaddy, Namecheap, Dynadot, Sedo or DropCatch.

Account Registration

1. Account Creation

When using certain services, you may need to create an account. You commit to providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. There is no password: you sign in with a link sent to your email address. Anyone who can read that mailbox can sign in to your account, so you are responsible for keeping access to it secure.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not these activities are authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate parts or all of the services at any time, with or without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services.

3. Usage Limitations

Features are subject to usage limits that depend on whether you are signed in and on your plan — for example the number of AI-parsed searches on Discover per day or per hour (plus a site-wide daily total), how far you can page through the domain list without an account, the number of domains per bulk lookup, rows per CSV export, how much price history and how many comparable auctions a domain page shows, API requests per account per hour (all of an account's API keys share one quota), the number of API keys, and watchlist entries and saved searches. Filters on SEO metrics (Ahrefs DR, Majestic TF, backlinks, search volume and other extensions taken) are available on paid plans only. Current limits are listed on the pricing page and, for the API, in the API documentation. Requests over a limit may be refused or served without the limited part, and the page says so when that happens; on Discover, a search over the AI limit is not run.

Marketplace Data, Scores and AI

1. Marketplace Data

Listings, prices, bid counts and end times come from the marketplaces' public data and APIs and are refreshed on each marketplace's own schedule, not in real time. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The marketplace's own page is authoritative — check it before you bid or buy.

2. Scores and Other Signals

The Namester Score, third-party SEO metrics, records of past auctions and other signals on the site are information only. They are not a valuation, an offer, or financial or investment advice.

3. AI Search

The AI model that interprets the sentences you type on Discover can misunderstand them. The filters it produces are shown to you; check them before you rely on the results.

4. AI Screening

AI Screening answers questions you write about a list of domain names, using an AI model and only the listing data shown with each answer. Its answers are information produced by your own criteria. They are not an appraisal, a valuation, a price estimate, or financial, investment or buying advice, and they can be wrong. Questions that ask for prices, values, sale predictions, or advice to buy, bid on, renew or drop a name are refused. You are responsible for the questions you write and for how you use the answers.

AI Screening uses AI points. Your plan's monthly allowance resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC), and unused points don't carry over. Points are not money: they can't be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Payments

Pro is a subscription to Namester's research software, separate from any domain purchase. The launch price is USD 19 per month or USD 190 per year, charged for the full billing period shown at checkout. Max, a higher plan with more AI Screening, costs USD 49 per month or USD 490 per year on the same terms. Free access remains available. A plan can only be purchased when its checkout is available.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing interval until canceled. You can manage a Stripe subscription from the subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; it stops future renewal charges and does not automatically issue a refund. For billing questions or a refund request, contact hi@namester.ai. Refund requests are reviewed by support and processed separately from cancellation.

Existing active subscribers keep their existing price when a new price is released. A voluntary change of plan or billing interval shows the amount and effective date before confirmation; a change may include a charge or credit for the unused part of a period. An administrator-granted access period has an explicit expiration date, does not represent a payment, and does not renew or charge automatically.

Intellectual Property

1. Our Content

All content on Namester.ai, including but not limited to code, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, logos, images, and software, is owned by us or our content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Marketplace names and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

2. Your Content

For content you upload, submit, store, or post on our services, you retain all rights. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content, but only for the purpose of providing services to you.

3. Feedback

For any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide about our services, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction and without compensation to you.

Disclaimers

1. Services Provided "As Is"

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

2. Third-Party Links and Services

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services, or integrate third-party functionality. We are not responsible for any third-party content, websites, products, or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namester.ai and its suppliers, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or other commercial damages.

General Provisions

1. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Namester.ai regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and understandings, whether oral or written.

2. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Modified Terms will be effective when posted on the website. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
